Our sophisticated multi-axis machining includes three, four and five axis centers. This multi-axis approach minimizes setups and allows for greater tolerance capabilities.

Programmable indexers and tilting rotary tables enable us to machine parts on up to five adjacent ninety degree surfaces and any compound angle. The breath of our horizontal and vertical capabilities allow for a wider variety of complex parts, often in a single setup.

In addition to high speed spindles and high pressure coolant, many of our milling machines have two pallet shuttle systems that allow us to machine parts on one pallet, while loading parts on another pallet, allowing for faster processing times and shortened lead times.
