Grinding

In order to ensure greater accuracy and consistency, we are equipped with an isolated grinding room floor that is temperature and humidity controlled with a coolant filtering system. MSI has several grinding machines including both cylindrical and surface grinders.

Honing, polishing and lapping are available with our CNC controlled OD/ID, CNC profile surface grinding and limited centerless grinding machines.

MSI grinding capacities are 14” x 40” OD/ID, 8” x 18” profile and 16” x 32” regular surface grinding.
